fresh linens luggage storage
i appreciated the room. it was a quadruple room. the room included fresh linens when i arrived and a spacious area for luggage storage, and it was clean.

fair experience at the hotel
clean room convenient location tram access slow check-in missing details poor communication
the room was clean. the location near the tram station was a definite plus. the tram made it easy to get to the city center, even late at night.
i had some issues with the self-service check-in upon arrival. it took a long time, and i needed internet access, so i had to ask someone for help. nobody told me about check-out, breakfast, or laundry details. the lack of information was frustrating.

tram station quick check-in time saving
the hostel is next to a tram station. it goes straight to the city center in ten minutes! online check-in was very quick. it saved time at the reception desk.
parking requires a physical sticker on your car.
